Are you, or someone you know, a vulnerable adult in need of help with social housing? If so, we at Falcon Housing Association can help.
When it comes to housing associations, you want to know you or your loved one will be looked after. Everyone should be free to live independently and without worry, whatever their needs – so we provide a range of services to help our clients do just that, whether it’s giving them a home, giving them professional support or giving them the chance to live as independently as they can.
In this post, we’ll go over our checklist for what to look out for when looking into supported living. We want you to know that we’re here to help you every step of the way, with a professional, yet personal, approach.
A Partnership
It might sound obvious, but one of the most important things to look for when considering supported living is a team that cares about you and your independence. At Falcon Housing Association, we work together with tenants, families, local authorities and carers to give you the very best in quality care, professional support and safe housing.
A Track Record
It’s easy to find a housing association; it’s difficult to find a good one. We’re open, honest and ethical in our approach and have a passion for our area of expertise and those we help. We also have an excellent track record, with many happy clients and families finding a place to call home. We work hard to maintain our relationships, just as we do our properties.
Affordability
Ongoing support can add up, and at Falcon Housing Association, we recognise that costing and budgeting is important to our clients – as is finding value for money. As a registered social landlord, we want our properties to be maintained to the best standards possible, and will modify and upgrade houses to meet the needs of our tenants. Our in-house repairs team carry out most repairs, meaning we can keep our costs down and make changes quickly and effectively.
