At Falcon Housing Association, finding a safe home for vulnerable adults is our top priority. This is why we are committed to listening to exactly what it is that new clients want for their new homes, before seeking to meet their requirements.
Who are we?
We are passionate about our mission for providing care to the people we support, and doing so within a long-term house that they can call their home. We always ensure to do this whilst allowing them to live as independently as possible within a safe environment and this is why we work closely with local authorities and property developers, as well as care providers. This allows us to cater to the individual needs of those we support and adapt our properties to suit the requirements of our tenants.
What can we offer?
At Falcon Housing Association, we offer tailored support to all of our tenants. We treat all tenants as equal partners, whilst respecting that everyone has individual needs. From the location of their new home to who they wish to live with, we promote independence by encouraging our tenants to make their own decisions regarding their home. Part of our service is also to ensure that all the properties we offer are in safe neighbourhoods, and close to transport links and shops.
What about housing repairs?
We understand it can be distressing to experience problems with your new home and this is why we are committed to maintaining our properties to the highest standards. If you have an issue with your property or a repair that needs carrying out, our experienced maintenance team will perform corrective work with minimal disruption and in the shortest possible time. In order to resolve issues in the most efficient manner, we have established a priority system which goes as follows:
- Emergency repairs, which we aim to carry out within 24-48 hours
- Urgent repairs which will be completed within 7 days
- Routine category repairs which will be carried out within 28 days
- Final repairs, which are known as minor, will be completed within 3-6 months.
This system means that the more urgent an issue, the quicker it is resolved, and our tenants are kept comfortable and satisfied.
