At FHA we believe that effective tenant engagement is key to understanding how we can improve the experience of living in our homes.
In 2024, FHA are looking at launching a new tenant initiative – Hear our Thoughts (HOT), the purpose of this initiative is to drive future service improvements forward using experiences and knowledge.
The HOT panel will meet with FHA’s customer engagement team members to discuss various topics, like how we increase customer feedback and satisfaction by having more meaningful conversations, safety priorities for tenants, how we publish performance to tenants, etc; Following on from the HOT panels, we will share the feedback on our website and in our newsletters.
