Housing Ombudsman’s Service 2024

Each year Landlords are required to self asses themselves against the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaints Handling Code – Complaint Handling Code | Housing Ombudsman Service (housing-ombudsman.org.uk)

The Housing Ombudsman’s Complaints Handling Code sets out how landlords must handle complaints. The self-Assessment is done by the landlord and asks them a series of questions and they must be able to demonstrate they comply with the requirements; FHA are happy to advise that we are compliant with the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code, and you can click here to find the detailed assessment.
