We provide all our tenants with support to pay their rent and service charges. This also includes a breakdown of rent and service charges when you sign your tenancy agreement, including information about how to pay. We will also support you to claim any benefits towards your rent and service charges.
If you are entitled to Housing Benefit, FHA will do this on your behalf, we will advise you or your appointee what information we need from you to complete the Housing Benefit form. If you or your appointee decide to claim for your housing benefit, FHA will require proof of submission within 5 working days of your tenancy agreement starting that this has been done.
FHA preferred method of payment is Direct Debit. FHA can set this up on your behalf, just complete the Direct Debit Agreement Form here. Please return to invoices@falconha.org with the subject header of NEW DD – Your Initials.
