A home for life

We’re here to provide vulnerable adults with a home for life – a home where they can live as independently as possible in a safe and supportive environment. We support independent living and encourage all our tenants to make choices and decisions regarding their home – from where they want to live and who they want to live with, to how to decorate and furnish their bedroom. Our properties are regular, non-institutional houses with the look and feel of real homes. Tenants are encouraged to bring their own furnishings and personal belongings.

Superior locations

Falcon properties across England look to maximise the independence of our tenants and provide them with comfort, safety and support. Almost all of our properties are newly built or recently converted buildings, and typically form part of a community of supported-living properties within a larger supported-living scheme. Our properties are located in safe, clean, residential neighbourhoods and are situated within close proximity to transport links, shops, statutory services and other amenities.

Tailored support

At Falcon Housing Association, we understand that everyone is different. That’s why Falcon is both sensitive and responsive to the individual needs of each and every tenant. In addition to promoting tenant engagement, Falcon treats all tenants as equal partners in the selection and maintenance of their homes and monitoring of support. Where possible, we will adapt our properties and tailor our support to better suit the needs of our tenants. If there are no suitable properties available, Falcon will look to make further acquisitions in line with the individual’s specific requirements.

Individual development

At Falcon we place an emphasis on you as our tenant – your choices and your aspirations. We are dedicated to supporting your individual development and furthering your independence in the tasks of daily living. We offer our tenants a safe environment where they can exercise their independence and live a happy and fruitful life within their local community. We work closely with care providers to help our tenants maintain their tenancies, improve their well-being and learn to manage day-to-day activities more independently.

At Falcon Housing Association, we work closely with family members to ensure their relatives are provided with the best possible housing and support. We believe that relatives are a core part of the support network and value their insight into the specific needs of our tenants. That’s why we involve family members in all major decisions, listen to their needs and concerns, and offer them additional support when it’s needed.

Falcon Housing Association works closely with local authorities to help define the needs of vulnerable adults and implement a solution for their social-housing requirements. All our supported-living properties fully comply with regulatory requirements and provide a base from which local authorities can provide support to those in need.

At Falcon Housing Association, we are committed to making a difference in society and encouraging the people we support to live life to the fullest. We work with charities to help vulnerable adults find a suitable home and provide temporary housing to those in need of shelter. We work alongside volunteer organisations to provide our tenants with the opportunity to develop skills, get involved in social activities and gain work experience.
