Tenants Satisfaction Survey 2020

Falcon are sending out their annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey!

We want to find out what our tenants think and feel about the services and support received from us as landlord.

What will we do with the information?

• We will use the information to look at what improvements can be made to the services and support we offer.
• We will know more about how people really feel about where they live and the services they are offered.
• Falcon will write a plan to say what will be done to improve the services and support we offer.

How you can fill in the Survey?

Please click the following LINK and answer as many of the questions as you can.

You can fill it in yourself or you may wish to have help from another person such as a friend, someone in your family or a support worker.

But it is important that we get your views, not theirs.

For most of the questions you can answer by ticking Yes, No or Don’t Know.

Sometimes we may ask you to explain your answer in more detail.
