Having worked in the supported housing sector for a number of years, our team of experts provide rented accommodation. These are specifically designed to cater for the needs of our tenants.
Our tenants may require social care, be disabled, or are vulnerable in another way. But with Falcon, they know, not only that their needs will be met, but also that there’s a caretaker, or giver, on call at all times, should assistance with the property be required. We pride ourselves on putting tenant care first. Making their independence a priority and helping them improve the quality of their lives.
We are always on the look out, to help new tenants achieve their accommodation goals, work with new care partners, as well as develop the relationship we have with existing partners. Repairs
Many private homeowners struggle with doing their own private repairs and don’t know who to call when the pipes burst, or devices stop working. This situation is even more stressful for our tenants, who might not be assertive enough, or even capable of, finding out where to get the help they need. Knowing that all they need to do for help to arrive is call the Falcon team. This provides them (and you too) with a peace of mind.
Special adaptations
We ensure that each of our properties are safe and properly equipped to help the tenants who live there. It’s no good having cupboards that can’t be reached, taps that can’t be operated, or rooms which can’t be accessed. When you contact us, we can give you more information about how we assess the needs of each tenant. And also discuss the adaptations we put in place.
Care partners
We do not work alone. We are supported by a number of care partners, whom we trust and can call upon to provide essential services, as and when required. Our team have a network of service providers in place with back ups. So that care and maintenance can be issued around the clock, without any disruptions.
